What it does
Every feature here exists because I got tired of doing it by hand.
Every item gets a QR label with its SKU. Something sells, you scan, and the item comes straight up so you can mark it sold. Label your bins and shelves too, and on Premium the app tells you exactly where each piece lives — with its location history.
Print QR SKU labels and bin or shelf labels through Android's print dialog to Brother, Zebra, DYMO and other label printers, with sizes in inches and millimetres. A free test label shows whether the paper size is right. Or save them as a PDF or image for your printer's own app.
Photograph the receipt, enter the total, and split it across what you bought — a lot can be broken into parts. Add condition, category and a photo while it's fresh. Get interrupted and your draft is still waiting when you come back.
Leave the SKU blank and you get a dated, sequential one automatically. No inventing numbers at 11pm, and duplicates get caught at entry before they make an item unscannable.
When something sells, the app asks what it actually sold for, then takes off what it cost you, selling fees, shipping and returns to show what you really made. The Dashboard totals spend, sales and profit for any period; Premium adds analytics by category, top items, sell-through time and a sold-items profit report.
Premium: import Seller Hub's orders report and the app matches each sale to your SKUs, with the real sale price and the fees eBay actually charged. You see every change before anything is saved.
Premium: log sourcing miles with the receipt and they're valued at the IRS standard mileage rate for each trip's date. Track business expenses, then print a monthly profit & loss statement or save it as a PDF for your bookkeeper.
Write-offs for what breaks or walks off, kept out of your profit. A report for stock that has been sitting too long. Shelf checks and bulk audits (Premium) for when the inventory has drifted from the version in your head.
CSV of your items, your receipts, and a cost-of-goods report broken out by category, free on every plan. Premium adds Batch PDF: a date range of receipts with photos and totals in one document. Backups keep it all safe.

Why I'm building this
"I was tired of the headache of keeping spreadsheets and the painstaking job of office work. I just wanted to get out there and find my next BIG flip."
I've been selling on eBay since 2011. For most of those years my system was a spreadsheet I never kept up with, a shoebox of faded receipts, and a garage where I could never find the one thing I'd just sold.
I looked at what was out there. Everything was either built for a warehouse with staff, or it wanted my whole business living on somebody else's server. Neither one is what a one-person operation working out of a spare room actually needs.
So I'm building the thing I kept wishing somebody would make. I'm one reseller doing this in the evenings between sourcing runs — which means it gets built around the problems resellers actually have, and it means your feedback genuinely changes what ships next.

Your receipts, your costs, your margins, your photos — they live on your device and never get uploaded to my servers. The app works offline, and there's no cloud copy of your business sitting somewhere, because I never wanted one.
No ads. No tracking SDKs. Nobody buying your data. An account is optional. Barcodes already scan. Putting a product database behind them means scanning a UPC fills in the item name instead of you typing it.
Android comes first because that's what I use every day. iOS follows once Android is solid.
